These Terms of Service govern your use of velcart.store and any services provided by Velcart LLC ("Velcart", "we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Velcart provides e-commerce marketplace management services, including store and account management, listing optimisation, advertising management, catalogue and inventory support, customer service and expansion into new marketplaces and regions. The exact scope, fees and deliverables for each client are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.

2. Your responsibilities

• You remain the owner of your marketplace accounts and are responsible for your products, stock, fulfilment and compliance with marketplace policies and applicable laws.
• You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and assets we need to perform the services.
• You are responsible for any advertising budgets you approve, which are paid directly to the marketplace unless agreed otherwise.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are as set out in your proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, services are billed monthly in advance on a rolling basis and may be cancelled with the notice period stated in your agreement.

4. No guaranteed results

Marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, policy changes, competition and demand. While we work to improve your results, we do not guarantee specific sales, rankings or returns on ad spend.

5. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your brand, products and content. Listing content we create for you becomes yours once the related fees are paid. The content and design of this website belong to Velcart LLC.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Velcart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by marketplace actions such as account suspensions or policy changes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Website use

Information on this website is provided for general purposes only. eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart and other marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners; Velcart is an independent agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
